Do you have some spare time to volunteer?
If so, we would love to hear from you. We always need additional help in the UK on administration or fund raising and sometimes we need help on projects in Kenya.
Everyone at Osiligi gives their time and expenses freely and if you are able to, we would ask you to volunteer on the same terms.
On the fund raising front, we need help contacting charitable trusts and philanthropists for possible funds, help with putting on fund raising events and help wading through the various government and other large sources of funding. Possibly you have more experience than us in this area and can bring your own ideas.

Please note that we do not ask people to go to Africa to paint the school, orphanage, clinic or to do other menial tasks. We believe that these tasks are best done by the locals who would love to have a job. The visitor doing this task is actually taking a job away from a local person. Just a small fraction of the air-fare will pay a month’s wage for a local person. The only people we ask to go are those with specialist knowledge who can help install a project, train the local people or perform some other high level task.
